All accommodations are cabin-style with 3-4 people per room. Married couples and families will have their own rooms while single men and single women are in gender-specific cabins. You may also note any specific people you'd like to share a cabin with, and though we cannot guarantee you'll be in a specific cabin, we will do our best to put you with your friends.
Families should bring a pack-and-play for infants and smaller children (though sometimes, pulling a mattress off the frame and on to the floor does just as well!)
Healthy meals, from light snacks on Friday night through lunch on Sunday, are included. Feel free to pack extra snacks for the weekend! There are also vending machines on the grounds, at the camp office, and coffee, tea and water available throughout the day.
If you have a dietary restriction or allergy, the camp is happy to accommodate it! Simply let us know on your registration form.
The purpose of this retreat is simply that, to retreat. This is a time to get away from the busyness of the city, rest, spend time with one another, stay up late talking, and have fun. After registration closes, everyone registered will receive further information, including a packing list, agenda, and what to expect.
Some things that are available to you during the weekend are: hiking, basketball, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, paddle boats, kayaks, disc golf, miniature golf, swimming, and more.
You are responsible for your own transportation to the retreat. As we get closer to the departure date, you will receive more details regarding arrival time, driving directions, and more. Since transportation is on your own, feel free to gather a group for car rental! Use this spreadsheet to post seats available or seats needed to help others find a ride. You may need to request access for the spreadsheet.
